Then why the hell did they complete the formation lap ?

When the michelin shot teams say they are sorry, do not beleive them. They are not. As this artivle puts it, the miclelin teams f'ed the FIA and they f'ed the fans. They completed their contractual agreement by running in the formation lap and now they cannot be sued. BUT THEY CAN BE FINED BY THE FIA, did any freaking moron think about that ?. http://www.pitpass.com/fes_php/pitpass_news_item.php?fes_art_id=24903

MICHELIN BLAMES FIA FOR INDY CRISIS

LOL

Thats all I have to say.

FIA offered options to the Michelin teams, they did not accept it.

And now they want to turn around and blame the FIA, what a bunch of losers.

Do you even know what the FIA suggested? They suggested that the Michelin teams should change tyres every 10 laps (against the rules incidentally -- so much for upholding the rules as the FIA claim they are doing).

AS IF THAT RACE WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH CLOSER!

Again Its the problem of Michelin to bring in "fucked-up" tyres!!!

What wud FIA do?
Chk this out..

No point blaming FIA.. y dint they all take the new tyre and get the pit lane penalty.. It wud have been fair..

After all Jordan and Minardi are cars that can be lapped within a lap. Its only ferrari, but going by their "absolutely reliable" car there is every reason to believe that they wudnt finish..

Infact they almost did that when barri came out of the second pit stop..

Its all for a show of strength, maybe a wake-up call for FIA.. Maybe some other organization is sprouting somewhere..

If it does.. I cant imagine the state of the sport..

Michelin should be punished for bringing in sub standard equipment to the race and on top of it ask FIA to change the cicuit to suit its sub standard tires. This is utter nonsense.

But did u see what minardi boss Stoddart had to say about FIA pulling up michelin and probably reprimanding them. Read on :
